Mientras que Cosme, con sede en Nueva York, se ubic\u00f3 en el lugar 40, cuando el a\u00f1o pasado estuvo en el 96. <\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, en el caso del Quintonil, de Jorge Vallejo y Biko, proyecto de Mikel Alonso, Bruno Oteiza y Gerard Bellver, perdieron terreno, ya que el primero se situ\u00f3 en el lugar 22, aunque el a\u00f1o pasado ocupaba la posici\u00f3n 12; el segundo, se ubic\u00f3 en el lugar 65. <\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, los primeros 5 lugares son el Eleven Madison Park, Nueva York, en primer lugar; Osteria Francescana, Italia, en segundo lugar. Le siguen El Celler De Can Roca, Espa\u00f1a, en tercer lugar; la cuarta posici\u00f3n la tiene el Mirazur, Francia y la quinta posici\u00f3n es el restaurante Central, en
