presidente Enrique Pe\u00f1a Nieto inaugur\u00f3 la Terminal Especializada de Contenedores II (TEC), del puerto de L\u00e1zaro C\u00e1rdenas, con lo que dijo que el pa\u00eds contin\u00faa por una v\u00eda firme del desarrollo del libre comercio y la modernizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La inversi\u00f3n total con la que contar\u00e1 la Comisi\u00f3n Interseccional de las Zonas Econ\u00f3micas Especiales (ZEE) del puerto michoacano ser\u00e1 de aproximadamente 2,000 millones de d\u00f3lares, para representar el capital ancla para la zona costera que comparten Guerrero y Michoac\u00e1n, coment\u00f3 el titular de la ZEE, Gerardo Guti\u00e9rrez Candiani; Pe\u00f1a Nieto destac\u00f3 que con la puesta en marcha de las ZEE en el pa\u00eds (10 en total) se duplicar\u00e1 la capacidad de los puertos.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, a casi un a\u00f1o de que el Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n aprobar\u00e1 la ley de Zonas Econ\u00f3micas Especiales en abril del 2016, la inauguraci\u00f3n de la TEC II en el puerto L\u00e1zaro C\u00e1rdenas, Michoac\u00e1n, abre el inicio de un proyecto que deber\u00e1 estar concluido en el a\u00f1o 2030.<\/p>\n<p>Esta ser\u00e1 la primera semiautomatizada en M\u00e9xico y en Latinoam\u00e9rica y. adem\u00e1s, es parte de la primera fase de la Segunda Terminal de contenedores en el puerto de L\u00e1zaro C\u00e1rdenas; fue construida por la empresa danesa APM M\u00f8ller-Maersk, con una inversi\u00f3n de 7,400 millones de pesos y comprende 47 hect\u00e1reas y 750 metros de muelle.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, el titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Comunicaciones y Transportes (SCT), Gerardo Ruiz Esparza mencion\u00f3 que est\u00e1 equipada con siete gr\u00faas, dos Panamax muelle totalmente automatizadas con capacidad para manejar dos contenedores de 40 pies de forma simult\u00e1nea, 20 gr\u00faas de patio, as\u00ed como dos gr\u00faas para movilizar la mercanc\u00eda a las 10 l\u00edneas de ferrocarril que conectan al
