{"id":51416,"date":"2017-04-03T08:00:44","date_gmt":"2017-04-03T13:00:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=51416"},"modified":"2017-04-03T10:47:58","modified_gmt":"2017-04-03T15:47:58","slug":"ley-de-vivienda-cdmx-base-para-redensificar-ludlow","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/ley-de-vivienda-cdmx-base-para-redensificar-ludlow\/","title":{"rendered":"Ley de Vivienda CDMX, base para redensificar: Ludlow"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>La Presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n de Vivienda de la ALDF asegur\u00f3 que con la nueva legislaci\u00f3n se impulsa la transparencia, con lo que el INVI \u201cya no podr\u00e1 ni ser\u00e1 un bot\u00edn pol\u00edtico\u201d<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El crecimiento disperso de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico es uno de los temas que se busca atender y erradicar con la Nueva Ley de Vivienda, asegur\u00f3 la diputada capitalina, Dunia Ludlow. <\/p>\n<p>Al participar en el seminario \u00abEl marco jur\u00eddico de la vivienda en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico\u00bb, la Presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n de Vivienda se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la nueva legislaci\u00f3n, promulgada por el jefe de Gobierno, Miguel \u00c1ngel Mancera, el pasado 23 de marzo, es la base sobre la que se desarrollar\u00e1 \u201cuna pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica que apueste por una redensificacion ordenada e inteligente\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>La legisladora del Revolucionario Institucional se\u00f1al\u00f3 que de 2012 a 2016, la demanda de vivienda en la capital del pa\u00eds creci\u00f3 26 por ciento. A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que tan s\u00f3lo en 2016, la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico requiero 83,375 viviendas, lo que represent\u00f3 128% por encima de la demanda promedio registrada a nivel nacional. <\/p>\n<p>Dunia Ludlow record\u00f3 que la Ley de Vivienda es el resultado de un a\u00f1o de trabajo, en el que se realizaron mesas y se cont\u00f3 con la participaron de acad\u00e9micos, organismos internacionales, vecinos, empresarios y organizaciones de vivienda. <\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, la legisladora se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la nueva ley busca el reconocimiento de las organizaciones de vivienda para transparentar los recursos p\u00fablicos que destina el Instituto de Vivienda de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico (INVI). A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que con la ley \u00abqueremos que la pol\u00edtica de vivienda no tenga nada que ver con lo electoral y ahora con nuevos mecanismos de transparencia e informaci\u00f3n el INVI ya no
