propiedades comerciales, industriales y de oficinas<\/em><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con datos dados a conocer por la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores, al cierre del tercer trimestre de 2016, los Fideicomisos de Inversi\u00f3n y Bienes Ra\u00edces (Fibra) tuvieron una capitalizaci\u00f3n de mercado por m\u00e1s de 256,750 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, su rango de ocupaci\u00f3n en propiedades super\u00f3 94%, principalmente en propiedades comerciales, industriales y de oficinas.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n destaca que Fibra Monterrey (Mty) se enlist\u00f3 en la BMV el a\u00f1o pasado, con lo que, a la fecha, son 11 los fideicomisos que est\u00e1n registrados en la Bolsa.<\/p>\n<p>Algunos de los hechos m\u00e1s relevantes durante los primeros meses de este a\u00f1o son la emisi\u00f3n, por Fibra Danhos, de 10,000,000 de Certificados Burs\u00e1tiles Fiduciarios Inmobiliarios (CBFIs), con estos recursos continuar\u00e1 la adquisici\u00f3n de inmuebles, adem\u00e1s de que
