Seg\u00fan los datos que analizaron y presentaron en su reporte M\u00e9xico Insight Oficinas 2016, las empresas manufactureras, financieras y de consultor\u00eda continuar\u00e1n con su crecimiento, asent\u00e1ndose  principalmente en Valle Oriente.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPara 2017, creemos que alrededor 80,000 metros cuadrados podr\u00edan iniciar construcci\u00f3n. Mientras que los espacios en construcci\u00f3n en 2016 cerraron con m\u00e1s de 188,000 metros cuadrados, se espera que en 2017 por lo menos 105,000 metros cuadrados sean terminados, principalmente Marg\u00e1in-G\u00f3mez Mor\u00edn, Valle Oriente, Santa Mar\u00eda y Contry\u201d, explica el documento. <\/p>\n<p>Sobre la comercializaci\u00f3n de espacios Clase A, \u00e9sta cerr\u00f3 el a\u00f1o pasado en 85,000 metros cuadrados, con lo que fue superior a la de 2015, cuando se ubic\u00f3 en 62,000 metros cuadrados. Tambi\u00e9n, la actividad de construcci\u00f3n registr\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 188,000 metros cuadrados de espacios Clase A, de los que 29% son del corredor Marg\u00e1in-G\u00f3mez Mor\u00edn.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCon respecto al espacio que finaliz\u00f3 su construcci\u00f3n en 2016, 108,000 metros cuadrados fueron incorporados al inventario, de los cuales sobresalen edificios como KOI, Tr\u00e9bol, Fort 3, Saqqara, mismos que suman m\u00e1s de 73,000 metros cuadrados y todos ubicados en el corredor de Valle Oriente\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>En cuanto al inventario de oficinas Clase A\/A+, al final del a\u00f1o pasado se registr\u00f3 un inventario de 1.06 millones de metros cuadrados, metraje que es superior al de 2015 en 7.8%. Mientras que el espacio vacante cerr\u00f3 con m\u00e1s de 222,000 metros cuadrados, adem\u00e1s de haber incrementado su precio promedio de renta, con lo que alcanz\u00f3 los 24.21 d\u00f3lares por metro cuadrado. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa absorci\u00f3n neta correspondiente a 2016 ha mantenido un incremento constante en los \u00faltimos 3 a\u00f1os cerrando con casi 69,000 metros cuadrados, siendo un reflejo del buen comportamiento en cuanto a demanda de espacio corporativo Clase A en la zona metropolitana de Monterrey\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La
