As\u00ed como que los desarrolladores no s\u00f3lo piensen en desarrollos, sino tambi\u00e9n a conciliar con las comunidades en donde se construir\u00e1. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cAunque tengamos los usos de suelo, debe haber trabajo conjunto con los vecinos, as\u00ed como con el gobierno. En cada proyecto nosotros destinamos 2% para la mejora urbana, que se arreglen calles, hacer la infraestructura que haga falta, no s\u00f3lo es necesario construir amenidades dentro del conjunto habitacional, tambi\u00e9n hacia los alrededores\u201d, dijo Shabot. <\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de que debe haber mayor transparencia en los reglamentos, licencias, usos de suelo para que haya m\u00e1s desarrolladores se animen a hacer viviendas, pues si la construcci\u00f3n de oficinas es m\u00e1s que la de vivienda, lo cual no es necesariamente malo, pero la gente que trabaje en ellas no
