{"id":48505,"date":"2017-02-07T10:14:16","date_gmt":"2017-02-07T16:14:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=48505"},"modified":"2017-02-07T10:14:16","modified_gmt":"2017-02-07T16:14:16","slug":"fovissste-asesoro-mas-1-millon-derechohabientes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/fovissste-asesoro-mas-1-millon-derechohabientes\/","title":{"rendered":"Fovissste asesor\u00f3 a m\u00e1s de 1 mill\u00f3n de derechohabientes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El Fondo detall\u00f3 que durante 2016 m\u00e1s de 659 trabajadores acudieron a los m\u00f3dulos instalados en el pa\u00eds para aclarar dudas o recibir informaci\u00f3n diversa  <\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En 2016, el Fondo de la Vivienda del Issste (Fovissste) atendi\u00f3, orient\u00f3 y proporcion\u00f3 informaci\u00f3n a m\u00e1s de 1 mill\u00f3n de derechohabientes sobre sus distintos tipos de cr\u00e9ditos de forma personalizada, v\u00eda telef\u00f3nica o a trav\u00e9s de redes sociales. <\/p>\n<p>Lo anterior fue dado a conocer por este organismo, quien detall\u00f3 que en total 659,793 trabajadores del Estado fueron atendidos en los 35 m\u00f3dulos de Atenci\u00f3n ubicados en todo el pa\u00eds, as\u00ed como las oficinas centrales del Fondo en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, mientras que a trav\u00e9s de su Centro de Atenci\u00f3n Telef\u00f3nica brind\u00f3 asesor\u00eda a 262,748 trabajadores. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cLas instalaciones donde se recibi\u00f3 a un mayor n\u00famero de personas fueron las oficinas centrales del Fondo con 45,240 derechohabientes atendidos; el Departamento de Vivienda Zona Oriente de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico con 43,149; la Zona Norte con 38,217; el estado de Jalisco con 31,430; la Zona Poniente con 30 ,874; el Estado de M\u00e9xico con 30,334 y la Zona Sur con 28,950\u201d, detall\u00f3 el Fondo. <\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a redes sociales, Fovissste registr\u00f3 74,746 interacciones con usuarios de Facebook, 16,650 por medio de Twitter y 2,327 en Instagram. En lo referente al Sistema de Recepci\u00f3n de Buz\u00f3n de Quejas Sugerencias y Reconocimientos (Sireb), se recibieron 5,385 peticiones de las cuales 4,009 eran solicitudes de orientaci\u00f3n; 1,092 eran quejas; 156 sugerencias y 128 reconocimientos. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl Fondo realiz\u00f3 245,085 llamadas telef\u00f3nicas, env\u00edo 1 mill\u00f3n 229,746 mensajes de texto y 1 mill\u00f3n 235,634 correos electr\u00f3nicos para informar a sus derechohabientes sobre los distintos tipos de cr\u00e9ditos de vivienda con los que cuentan e informaci\u00f3n sobre sus tr\u00e1mites\u201d,
