saldo de cr\u00e9dito a la vivienda en diciembre"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>De acuerdo con Banxico la cifra creci\u00f3 en m\u00e1s de 7% <\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Al cierre de diciembre, el saldo del cr\u00e9dito a la vivienda de la banca comercial alcanz\u00f3 los 686.3 billones de pesos, lo que represent\u00f3 un aumento de 7.1 por ciento. <\/p>\n<p>Lo anterior fue dado a conocer por el Banco de M\u00e9xico a trav\u00e9s de su reporte de agregados monetarios y Actividad financiera, en donde detall\u00f3 que la cartera de cr\u00e9dito vigente de la banca comercial al sector privado en diciembre de 2016 fue de 3,625.1 miles de millones de pesos. <\/p>\n<p>En el documento detalla que el saldo del cr\u00e9dito otorgado a intermediarios financieros no bancarios se ubic\u00f3 en 85.5 miles de millones de pesos, lo que representa un incremento de 12.5 por ciento. <\/p>\n<p>En cuanto al financiamiento otorgado por la banca de desarrollo, el banco central explic\u00f3 que al cierre de 2016 los cr\u00e9ditos otorgados alcanzaron los 912.1 miles de millones de pesos, con un crecimiento de 13.3 por ciento. <\/p>\n<p>De igual forma, inform\u00f3 que el saldo del financiamiento otorgado por la banca comercial, que incluye la cartera de cr\u00e9dito vigente y vencida y la cartera de valores, se ubic\u00f3 en 4,975.5 miles de millones de pesos y present\u00f3 un crecimiento de 7.9 por ciento; mientras que la cartera de cr\u00e9dito vigente de la banca comercial al sector privado fue de 3,625.1 miles de millones de pesos, lo que correspondi\u00f3 a una expansi\u00f3n de 11.5
