GCC<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Grupo Cementos Chihuahua (GCC) y Cemex, anunciaron que comenzar\u00e1n ofertas que incluyan un agregado de hasta 76, 400,000 acciones comunes de GCC a un rango de precio entre 95 y 115 pesos por acci\u00f3n, lo cual incluye cerca de 9,000,000 de acciones disponibles a los colocadores de las ofertas, de acuerdo a una opci\u00f3n de 30 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>Se espera que las ofertas est\u00e9n compuestas de acciones ofrecidas en una oferta p\u00fablica a inversionistas en M\u00e9xico, que ser\u00e1 autorizada por la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional Bancaria y de Valores (CNBV), y realizada a trav\u00e9s de la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (BMV), en una colocaci\u00f3n privada paralela a inversionistas elegibles fuera de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, Cemex posee actualmente el 23% del capital social en circulaci\u00f3n de GCC, adem\u00e1s de una participaci\u00f3n minoritaria en CAMCEM, una entidad que tiene participaci\u00f3n en GCC como resultado de su reestructuraci\u00f3n previamente anunciada.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, anunciaron que el registro de acciones en el Registro Nacional de Valores (RNV), a cargo de la CNBV, no implica una certificaci\u00f3n sobre la bondad de las acciones, la solvencia, liquidez o calidad crediticia de GCC o de la veracidad o integridad de la informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Las
