el crecimiento del sector de las oficinas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En la CDMX este mercado se concentra en los corredores de Reforma, Santa Fe, Bosque, Insurgentes, Lomas, Palmas Norte, Perif\u00e9rico y Polanco<\/p>\n<p>La demanda que ha generado el sector de las oficinas en M\u00e9xico ha ido aumentando constantemente con el paso de los a\u00f1os, ya que la industria inmobiliaria est\u00e1 directamente relacionada con la evoluci\u00f3n de la econom\u00eda, es decir, en la medida en que la actividad econ\u00f3mica aumenta, se generara una demanda por este tipo de espacios.  <\/p>\n<p>A principios de 2015, el mercado de oficinas en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Guadalajara y Monterrey, presentaba \u00f3ptimos n\u00fameros, ya que tan s\u00f3lo en la capital del pa\u00eds, el inventario clase A\/A+ creci\u00f3 5.5% para llegar a 4.5 millones de m2, lo que signific\u00f3, en ese entonces, que en la \u00faltima d\u00e9cada se duplicara la oferta.<\/p>\n<p>Ese mismo a\u00f1o, pese a la importancia que mostraba el mercado inmobiliario en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Colliers International inform\u00f3 que las tres entidades preferidas por las empresas para futuras inversiones eran Quer\u00e9taro, con 24% y a lo que podr\u00eda atribu\u00edrsele el desarrollo industrial que se presenta en toda la zona del Baj\u00edo; Nuevo Le\u00f3n, con 23% de la preferencia; y Jalisco, con 22% de la preferencia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Incrementa la oferta de nuevos edificios <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hoy en d\u00eda el mercado de oficinas, espec\u00edficamente en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, est\u00e1 en un momento de mucho crecimiento, sobre todo en los corredores de Reforma, Santa Fe, Bosque, Insurgentes, Lomas, Palmas Norte, Perif\u00e9rico y Polanco.<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente este mercado
