{"id":47363,"date":"2017-01-16T17:29:43","date_gmt":"2017-01-16T23:29:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=47363"},"modified":"2017-01-16T17:29:43","modified_gmt":"2017-01-16T23:29:43","slug":"comercio-electronico-impulso-inmobiliario","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/opinion\/blog-de-invitado\/comercio-electronico-impulso-inmobiliario\/","title":{"rendered":"El comercio electr\u00f3nico y el impulso inmobiliario"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Por Marco Vel\u00e1zquez<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Aunque parezcan temas que no tienen relaci\u00f3n alguna, el comercio electr\u00f3nico y el sector inmobiliario cada vez est\u00e1n m\u00e1s unidos favoreciendo el desarrollo y econom\u00eda del otro. \u00bfC\u00f3mo es esto posible? <\/p>\n<p>Aquellas nuevas generaciones que crecieron con una gran innovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica como lo es el internet, desde hace algunos a\u00f1os est\u00e1n dando sus primeros pasos hacia la independencia financiera lo que lleva consigo, adem\u00e1s de integrarse a la poblaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3micamente activa, velar por los intereses que les propiciar\u00e1n un futuro pr\u00f3spero (como todas las generaciones anteriores). <\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, aqu\u00ed lo interesante es la manera en que est\u00e1n adaptando el sector comercial a sus formas de consumo. Un claro ejemplo de esto es la econom\u00eda colaborativa, en la cual las plataformas digitales son el canal principal para satisfacer las necesidades de las personas a trav\u00e9s del intercambio de bienes o servicios de la mejorar calidad. <\/p>\n<p>Hoy en d\u00eda quien est\u00e1 en busca de una vivienda, ya sea para compra o arrendamiento, lo est\u00e1 haciendo a trav\u00e9s del internet en una plataforma social, marketplaces o empresas inmobiliarias especializadas, decidiendo conforme a los beneficios, ventajas competitivas y principalmente las recomendaciones de otros clientes. <\/p>\n<p>Seguramente conoces Airbnb, el marketplace especializado en brindar la mejor experiencia al viajar. Aqu\u00ed, el usuario puede buscar y reservar una vivienda en cualquier parte del mundo y debido a la fama que ha adquirido, as\u00ed como la confianza que les ha brindado a sus clientes, se ha posicionado junto con la industria hotelera como una opci\u00f3n altamente rentable no s\u00f3lo para solicitar el servicio sino tambi\u00e9n para otorgarlo.<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente son 193 pa\u00edses que ofrecen los servicios de Airbnb y los anfitriones pueden ganar alrededor de $1,631 pesos por hospedar a usuarios durante una semana. <\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n existe otro servicio de renta inmobiliaria, con una de las tendencias de consumo m\u00e1s populares en la actualidad, Dadaroom. \u00c9ste ofrece a las personas la posibilidad de adquirir un espacio accesible en una ubicaci\u00f3n propicia, a trav\u00e9s de las rentas compartidas. Es decir, ayuda a conseguir \u201croomies\u201d conforme a ciertas necesidades y caracter\u00edsticas. Esta plataforma contiene un tr\u00e1fico aproximado de 70 mil personas mensuales y han ayudado a 250,000 personas a encontrar el roomie ideal, a tan solo un par de a\u00f1os de su fundaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 ventajas genera el comercio electr\u00f3nico en el sector inmobiliario?<\/strong><br \/>\nAl igual que Airbnb y Dadaroom, existen una gran cantidad de plataformas que te brindan la posibilidad de mejorar la econom\u00eda inmobiliaria. Sabemos que rentar un departamento o casa, cuando se est\u00e1 comenzando en el mundo laboral y el salario no es tan favorable y puede ser un reto casi imposible (raz\u00f3n por la cual existen muchos millennials que todav\u00eda viven con sus padres), pero si se les brinda la oportunidad de compartir un espacio o llegar a un acuerdo que favorezca ambas partes (el arrendador y el arrendatario), la demanda sobrepasar\u00e1 la oferta existente en este sector. <\/p>\n<p>Adaptarse a esta comercializaci\u00f3n digital puede ser complejo al comienzo, sin embargo hay que tener presentes que es la v\u00eda directa hacia los clientes potenciales de la actualidad, as\u00ed que conforme las empresas inmobiliarias o las personas f\u00edsicas presenten la necesidad de generar ventas, sabr\u00e1n que el e-commerce es la opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s rentable para lograrlo. <\/p>\n<p>Marco Vel\u00e1zquez escribe sobre marketing, comercio electr\u00f3nico, tecnolog\u00eda y estilo de vida.
