mi\u00e9rcoles fueron publicadas en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n (DOF) las reglas de operaci\u00f3n para el otorgamiento del Segundo Cr\u00e9dito del Fovissste, por lo que desde este d\u00eda los derechohabientes del Fondo podr\u00e1n acceder a este producto. <\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con lo explicado por el Fovissste, para 2017 se prev\u00e9 otorgar 5,000 financiamientos bajo el esquema de segundo cr\u00e9dito, con lo que los derechohabientes que ya ejercieron un cr\u00e9dito y lo han liquidado podr\u00e1n aspirar a un segundo financiamiento. <\/p>\n<p>El segundo cr\u00e9dito podr\u00e1 ser ejercido en cualquiera de los esquemas, como el tradicional, Respalda2, Alia2 Plus, FOVISSSTE en Pesos y FOVISSSTE en Pesos Pagos Crecientes.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con las especificaciones, podr\u00e1n acceder a este cr\u00e9dito aquellos trabajadores que se encuentran en activo y no est\u00e9n en proceso de dictamen para el otorgamiento de una pensi\u00f3n temporal o definitiva por invalidez o incapacidad total, parcial o temporal; ni est\u00e9n en proceso de retiro voluntario o presenten descuentos por concepto de pensi\u00f3n alimenticia que impidan amortizar el cr\u00e9dito.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLos interesados deben contar con m\u00e1s de 18 meses de dep\u00f3sito constituidos a su favor en la subcuenta del Fondo de la Vivienda y demostrar que su primer cr\u00e9dito de vivienda se encuentra totalmente liquidado, que fue pagado de manera regular y que, en caso de haber sido otorgado bajo cualquier esquema de cofinanciamiento, se encuentra cien por
