entrante<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Para 2017, el Fovissste mantendr\u00e1 su ritmo de colocaci\u00f3n de cr\u00e9dito a pesar de un ambiente de incertidumbre y volatilidad, asegur\u00f3 Antonio Godina Herrera, vocal ejecutivo del Fondo. <\/p>\n<p>Godina Herrera record\u00f3 que para el a\u00f1o entrante el Fovissste prev\u00e9 otorgar m\u00e1s de 112.000 cr\u00e9ditos en distintas modalidades, con una inversi\u00f3n de casi 40,000 millones de pesos. <\/p>\n<p>El vocal ejecutivo subray\u00f3 que el Fovissste se ha posicionado como la segunda hipotecaria del pa\u00eds, la cual genera un cuarto de punto de Producto Interno Bruto (PIB); adem\u00e1s que en 45 a\u00f1os de vida ha otorgado 1 mill\u00f3n 600,000 cr\u00e9ditos. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl FOVISSSTE genera alrededor de 500,000 empleos en M\u00e9xico, adem\u00e1s de trabajar con 2, 500 desarrolladores de vivienda\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe recordar que el 8 de diciembre el Fondo realizar\u00e1 el ultimo Procedimiento Aleatorio para el Otorgamiento de Cr\u00e9ditos Tradicionales pues a partir de abril migrar\u00e1 a un sistema de puntos para otorgar los financiamientos. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A pesar
