{"id":43540,"date":"2016-11-10T14:39:17","date_gmt":"2016-11-10T20:39:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=43540"},"modified":"2019-01-31T14:15:11","modified_gmt":"2019-01-31T20:15:11","slug":"ruv-auvbm-convenio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/ruv-auvbm-convenio\/","title":{"rendered":"Firma RUV y AUVBM convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Con la firma \u201cse fortalece el intercambio de informaci\u00f3n sobre el sector vivienda\u201d<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En aras de fortalecer su participaci\u00f3n en el mercado, el Registro \u00danico de Vivienda (RUV) y la Asociaci\u00f3n de Unidades de Valuaci\u00f3n para la Banca Mexicana (AUVBM) firmaron un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s del cual ambas instituciones compartir\u00e1n informaci\u00f3n acerca de la industria de la vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>El acuerdo fue signado este jueves 10 de noviembre. En el acto participaron el director general del RUV, Luis F. Alv\u00eddrez, as\u00ed como Juli\u00e1n Jacobo G\u00f3mez C\u00f3rdova, representantes de la AUVBM .<\/p>\n<p>Durante la firma ambos personajes asegurar\u00f3n que el convenio \u201cse fortalecer\u00e1 el intercambio de informaci\u00f3n relacionada con el sector vivienda en aras de lograr un M\u00e9xico m\u00e1s transparente y mejor planeado\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe recordar que el RUV se ha posicionado, desde 2004 que fue su creaci\u00f3n, como la principal plataforma operativa y tecnol\u00f3gica del sector vivienda que almacena toda la informaci\u00f3n de la industria a nivel nacional, e incluye: superficie, etapa de avance en la edificaci\u00f3n, precios, y desde luego, la ubicaci\u00f3n puntual de la vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte la AUVBM aglutina a por lo menos 10 unidades de valuaci\u00f3n que atienden de manera espec\u00edfica el nicho bancario.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con la firma \u201cse fortalece el intercambio de
