El consorcio con el que Grupo Carso gan\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n de la pista para el NAICM est\u00e1 integrado por su subsidiaria Operadora Cicsa, que tiene participaci\u00f3n de 25 por ciento; Constructora y Edificadora GIA+A de Hip\u00f3lito Gerard, Promotora y Desarrolladora Mexicana de Olegario V\u00e1zquez y La Peninsular Compa\u00f1\u00eda
