La marca Best Western es la catorceava marca global dentro del portafolio de Fibra Inn, es un hotel catalogado como servicio limitado\u201d, explic\u00f3 Fibra Inn. <\/p>\n<p>Consider\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n que la ubicaci\u00f3n del inmueble es estrat\u00e9gica, ya que el norte del pa\u00eds tiene un gran desempe\u00f1o dentro del sector industrial. \t<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEs importante mencionar que esta propiedad se adquiere a un precio eficiente dado a su potencial derivado de una base de clientes corporativos en la zona poniente de Monterrey, que tambi\u00e9n incluyen el Consulado de Estados Unidos y la zona industrial de Santa Catarina\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente, el portafolio de Fibra Inn es de 43 propiedades en operaci\u00f3n, que suman 7,122 cuartos, de los que 6,891 est\u00e1n en operaci\u00f3n y 221 en construcci\u00f3n.
