del Jefe de Gobierno, Felipe de Jes\u00fas Guti\u00e9rrez G., titular de la Secretaria de Desarrollo Urbano y Vivienda (SEDUVI), present\u00f3 el Programa General de Desarrollo Urbano (PGDU) el cual se cre\u00f3 con esfuerzo plural y colectivo.<\/p>\n<p>El Programa ser\u00e1 entregado a la Asamblea Legislativa del Distrito Federal (ALDF), para que sea revisado y aprobado en el mes de noviembre; aplicar\u00e1<br \/>\nen todos los niveles de planeaci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n, incluidos los Sistemas de Actuaci\u00f3n por Cooperaci\u00f3n (SAC), a trav\u00e9s de mesas trabajo permanentes con todos los actores involucrados.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNuestro compromiso con la planeaci\u00f3n participativa est\u00e1 demostrado: en s\u00f3lo un a\u00f1o, el Consejo para el Desarrollo Urbano Sustentable (CONDUSE), se transform\u00f3 de ser un comit\u00e9 de expertos y funcionarios, en un \u00f3rgano de amplia participaci\u00f3n ciudadana que abona a la gobernanza\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El titular de la SEDUVI dijo que ahora la planeaci\u00f3n urbana se debe realizar de manera conjunta para mejorar el marco normativo del desarrollo urbano. \u201cHagamos una Ciudad incluyente, equitativa, sustentable,
