{"id":40893,"date":"2016-09-27T10:42:29","date_gmt":"2016-09-27T15:42:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=40893"},"modified":"2016-09-27T10:42:29","modified_gmt":"2016-09-27T15:42:29","slug":"premian-nueve-restaurantes-mexicanos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/actualidad\/premian-nueve-restaurantes-mexicanos\/","title":{"rendered":"Premian a nueve restaurantes mexicanos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Pertenecen al ranking de los 50 mejores en Latinoam\u00e9rica<\/em><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Nueve restaurantes mexicanos fueron seleccionados como los mejores de Latinoam\u00e9rica, en el ranking realizado por la revista inglesa Restaurant.<\/p>\n<p>De una lista de 50, el restaurante Pujol ocup\u00f3 el quinto lugar, Quintonil un lugar abajo, Biko obtuvo la d\u00e9cima posici\u00f3n, mientras que Sud777 gan\u00f3 el lugar once, Amaranta el quince, Pangea se coloc\u00f3 en el d\u00e9cimo noveno, Nicos lleg\u00f3 al lugar treinta y siete, Coraz\u00f3n de Tierra dos sitios m\u00e1s abajo y Dulce Patria obtuvo la posici\u00f3n cuarenta y ocho.<\/p>\n<p>El evento se realiz\u00f3 en el Centro Cultural Roberto Cantoral; M\u00e9xico, Brasil, Argentina y Per\u00fa fueron los pa\u00edses m\u00e1s galardonados, seguidos por Chile y Colombia. Cabe se\u00f1alar que el restaurante Central ubicado en Per\u00fa, fue el n\u00famero uno de este ranking.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, entregaron el reconocimiento al Mejor Chef, ostentado por Gustavo S\u00e1ez de Santiago de Chile y por Kamilla Seidler de Bolivia, mientras que la categor\u00eda de hospitalidad se la llev\u00f3 el restaurante Puijol por ofrecer experiencias \u00fanicas a sus
