en el sector hipotecario"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Durante la Reuni\u00f3n Nacional de Vivienda se destac\u00f3 que el cr\u00e9dito directo de la SHF creci\u00f3 147%<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Durante la primera sesi\u00f3n en la Reuni\u00f3n Nacional de Vivienda 2014, titulada \u201cFinanciamiento en la Nueva Pol\u00edtica de Vivienda\u201d el titular de la Sociedad Hipotecaria Federal, Alberto Cano V\u00e9lez, destac\u00f3 que en este a\u00f1o esperan la construcci\u00f3n de por lo menos 450,000 viviendas y el a\u00f1o pasado represent\u00f3 el resurgimiento de la SHF.<\/p>\n<p>Resalt\u00f3 que la colocaci\u00f3n del cr\u00e9dito directo creci\u00f3 147%, en 2013 se logr\u00f3 un saldo de cr\u00e9dito directo e inducido de 226,000 mdp, adem\u00e1s de que \u201ctenemos l\u00edneas de cr\u00e9dito suficientes para el sector vivienda\u201d, mencion\u00f3 Alberto Cano V\u00e9lez.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, Daniel Leal D\u00edaz, presidente ejecutivo de la Asociaci\u00f3n Hipotecaria Mexicana, coment\u00f3 la importancia de aprender a dise\u00f1ar productos hipotecarios, se prev\u00e9 que este a\u00f1o se deber\u00e1n financiar aproximadamente 360,000 viviendas y a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que \u201chay cr\u00e9dito suficiente y el cr\u00e9dito puente debe ser el principal\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La sesi\u00f3n finaliz\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de Gonzalo Palafox, director de banca hipotecaria BBVA Bancomer, quien dijo que el crecimiento en 2014 de los cr\u00e9ditos hipotecarios crecer\u00e1n a un
