dictamen para derogar Norma 26"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>El INVI ser\u00e1 el \u00fanico con la facultad de construir viviendas de inter\u00e9s social<\/em><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Entre las diversas disposiciones que aprob\u00f3 la Asamblea Legislativa del Distrito Federal (ALDF) en materia de vivienda, contempl\u00f3 la derogaci\u00f3n de la Norma 26, la cual fue suspendida hace tres a\u00f1os por abusos de precio y suelo por parte de los desarrolladores inmobiliarios. <\/p>\n<p>Diversas Comisiones Unidas del ALDF acordaron que el Instituto de Vivienda (INVI) ser\u00e1 el \u00fanico que podr\u00e1 hacer uso de suelo para viviendas de inter\u00e9s social de acuerdo a lo aprobado en el dictamen que se llevar\u00e1 hoy a discusi\u00f3n al pleno.<\/p>\n<p>Entre las caracter\u00edsticas que marca el dictamen, est\u00e1 el valor m\u00e1ximo de venta para vivienda de inter\u00e9s social el cual ser\u00e1 5,400 veces la unidad de cuenta de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, es decir, 387 mil 72 pesos al valor vigente de este a\u00f1o y no podr\u00e1 exceder los 784,896 pesos; en tanto, la vivienda para los trabajadores no debe exceder 1,200,640 pesos.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, los proyectos que presente el INVI tendr\u00e1n una zonificaci\u00f3n H5\/20 si su ubicaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 dentro del \u00e1rea geogr\u00e1fica delimitada por el Circuito Interior, H6\/20 entre esta vialidad y el Anillo Perif\u00e9rico y H4\/20 entre esta v\u00eda y el l\u00edmite del suelo urbano.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, el dictamen se\u00f1ala que despu\u00e9s de los 30 a\u00f1os de ocupaci\u00f3n en la vivienda no se podr\u00e1 vender a un precio mayor a la que fue adquirida, m\u00e1s un excedente que no podr\u00e1 ser superior al de la inflaci\u00f3n al
