Entender estos cambios ser\u00e1 fundamental para crear espacios adecuados a esta nueva realidad. De acuerdo con nuestra visi\u00f3n son 5 las fuerzas las que impulsan este cambio\u201d, explic\u00f3. <\/p>\n<p>\u00c9stas son el cambio tecnol\u00f3gico, el demogr\u00e1fico, arquitectura organizacional, econom\u00eda global y los medios sociales. <\/p>\n<p>El empresario explic\u00f3 que dichos cambios no se podr\u00edan entender sin los avances tecnol\u00f3gicos, pues en 20 a\u00f1os pasaron de ser una herramienta de trabajo a una necesidad b\u00e1sica de todos los d\u00edas. <\/p>\n<p>Mientras que el cambio demogr\u00e1fico \u201ces quiz\u00e1 el que tiene mayor correlaci\u00f3n con el desempa\u00f1o econ\u00f3mico, la poblaci\u00f3n no s\u00f3lo envejece, sino se retrasa el tiempo para tener hijos, se incrementa el porcentaje de gente soltera, entre otros factores. Por eso no podemos seguir creando los mismos espacios cuando la composici\u00f3n demogr\u00e1fica ha cambiado\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>Sobre la arquitectura organizacional, consider\u00f3 que el ritmo de los negocios ha cambiado, ya que el inicio de una compa\u00f1\u00eda puede crecer a un ritmo sin precedente, aun cuando no haya generado utilidades. <\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed como la econom\u00eda global, que cada vez est\u00e1 m\u00e1s interrelacionada, los mercados se ampl\u00edan y flexibilizan, la producci\u00f3n se deslocaliza y las empresas enfrentan un mercado m\u00e1s profundo. Y los nuevos medios sociales, es decir, las redes sociales a las que cada vez se dedican m\u00e1s tiempo.<br \/>\nLa publicaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n propone una lista de 50 proyectos que se deben realizar en los pr\u00f3ximos 10 a\u00f1os, conforme cada una de los factores que se plantean. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cEste libro no es de predicciones, es una ventana al mundo que se est\u00e1 creando, pero
