{"id":38556,"date":"2016-08-09T18:07:24","date_gmt":"2016-08-09T23:07:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=38556"},"modified":"2016-08-10T10:24:31","modified_gmt":"2016-08-10T15:24:31","slug":"inician-construccion-centro-investigacion-productos-carnicos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/construccion\/inician-construccion-centro-investigacion-productos-carnicos\/","title":{"rendered":"Inician construcci\u00f3n de centro para investigaci\u00f3n de productos c\u00e1rnicos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Con esta inversi\u00f3n\u00a0superior a los 106 millones de pesos, cerca de 2,000 estudiantes y 1,200 familias productoras de barbacoa se ver\u00e1n beneficiadas<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Con el prop\u00f3sito de beneficiar a 2,000 estudiantes y de 1,200 familias productoras de barbacoa, el Gobierno del Estado de M\u00e9xico inici\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n del Centro de Investigaci\u00f3n e Innovaci\u00f3n de Productos C\u00e1rnicos y Formaci\u00f3n Universitaria, de la Universidad Tecnol\u00f3gica del Valle de Toluca.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto consta de un edificio de m\u00e1s de 700 metros cuadrados, con seis aulas did\u00e1cticas, cinco laboratorios, auditorio de usos m\u00faltiples, sanitarios, almac\u00e9n, \u00e1rea de servicios, oficinas administrativas y otros servicios. Tambi\u00e9n incluir\u00e1 una planta piloto y un edificio de usos m\u00faltiples en una segunda etapa de construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Con una inversi\u00f3n superior a los 106 millones de pesos, otorgados por el gobierno federal y una inversi\u00f3n estatal de 35 y 71 millones de pesos respectivamente, la escuela impartir\u00e1 las carreras de T\u00e9cnico Superior Universitario en Qu\u00edmica, y Biotecnolog\u00eda y Procesos Alimentarios.<\/p>\n<p>Para la colocaci\u00f3n de la primera piedra asistieron los secretarios de Educaci\u00f3n, Ana Lilia Herrera Anzaldo y de Desarrollo Agropecuario, Heriberto Ortega Ram\u00edrez, presidente del Gabinete Regional 9 Lerma, as\u00ed como el alcalde, Eduardo Neri Rodr\u00edguez, lo que representa el comienzo de la construcci\u00f3n de la instituci\u00f3n que permitir\u00e1 vincular a los productores de la zona y potencializar la comercializaci\u00f3n de la barbacoa.<\/p>\n<p>El 70% de los habitantes en la regi\u00f3n se dedican a la producci\u00f3n o comercializaci\u00f3n de la barbacoa, por lo que vincular la educaci\u00f3n con el sector productivo para que los j\u00f3venes encuentren oportunidades de desarrollo personal y sigan preservando la identidad gastron\u00f3mica representa un reto, as\u00ed lo mencion\u00f3 Ana Lilia Herrera.<\/p>\n<p>La secretaria de educaci\u00f3n resalt\u00f3 la importancia del trabajo en equipo, acompa\u00f1ada por los legisladores Lady Fabiola Leyva Garc\u00eda y Diego Moreno Valle, ya que en este proyecto participan los gobiernos federal, estatal y
