afectados y no s\u00f3lo al due\u00f1o del inmueble<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><!--more--><\/em><\/p>\n<p>El Gobierno del Distrito Federal reconoci\u00f3 la resoluci\u00f3n que dieron los ministros de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n (SCJN) como m\u00e1xima autoridad interpretativa en materia constitucional luego de que \u00e9sta determinara reglamentarios tres art\u00edculos de la Ley de Extinci\u00f3n de Dominio del DF.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de un comunicado, el Gobierno de Miguel \u00c1ngel Mancera se manifest\u00f3 atento a la discusi\u00f3n que sostuvo el pleno, mismo que aprob\u00f3 por unanimidad de votos las reformas de 2010 de los art\u00edculos 25, 26 y 34.<\/p>\n<p>Los ministros interpretaron que dichas reformas respeta el derecho de la v\u00edctima para exigir la reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o, sea mediante el procedimiento de extinci\u00f3n de dominio, la v\u00eda penal o la civil, por lo que determin\u00f3 inconstitucional la demanda de la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Distrito Federal (CDHDF) sobre la violaci\u00f3n de los derechos de la v\u00edctima, ofendido o tercero.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLos ministros interpretaron que la reforma respeta el derecho de la v\u00edctima u ofendido a exigir la reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o en el procedimiento de extinci\u00f3n de dominio u optar por el proceso penal o la v\u00eda civil para la misma exigencia\u201d, indica el documento.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe recordar que en 2010, la Asamblea Legislativa del DF (ALDF) aprob\u00f3 reformas a la ley para establecer que cuando inicien un juicio para extinguir el dominio de un bien, las autoridades s\u00f3lo estar\u00e1n obligadas a notificar en persona al propietario; sin embargo, ahora se obliga a los jueces a notificar de manera personal a las v\u00edctimas, terceros afectados y no s\u00f3lo al due\u00f1o del inmueble.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Durante el inicio del juicio de extinci\u00f3n de dominio se
