Rojas Zolozabal como tesorero y M. Isabel Vega Jim\u00e9nez como secretaria, con quienes buscar\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n brindarle un sentido social a la Asociaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>No obstante, asegura que los retos en su gesti\u00f3n ser\u00e1n grandes y es que la serie de modificaciones legislativas salidas de la Reforma Hacendaria, no son en nada favorecedores para la actividad inmobiliaria, pues no incentivan la adquisici\u00f3n de la propiedad debido al incremento en el costo final.<\/p>\n<p>Vega R\u00edos comenta que la homologaci\u00f3n del Impuesto al Valor Agregado (IVA) del 11 al 16% en la frontera, fue un efecto multiplicador para los sectores productivos y de servicios en Tijuana, hecho que hizo aumentar los precios y en el caso del sector inmobiliario baj\u00f3 lo atractivo de los costos de las propiedades.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, ejemplifica que si una propiedad tiene un precio de 500 mil pesos, con la homologaci\u00f3n se tendr\u00e1 que pagar 25 mil pesos m\u00e1s, aun cuando se sabe que para la ciudadan\u00eda no es sencillo obtener una vivienda, ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s complejo ahora que el Gobierno Federal complic\u00f3 la adquisici\u00f3n de un bien b\u00e1sico.<\/p>\n<p>Record\u00f3 que antes de la aprobaci\u00f3n de las reformas, la vivienda nueva presentaba n\u00fameros estancados a diferencia de la adjudicada que ten\u00eda repuntes favorables, sin embargo, ahora ven el panorama dif\u00edcil para ambos indicadores.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFue un retroceso para el sector inmobiliario el aumento del 11 al 16%, sobre todo porque las condiciones en la frontera son diferentes a las del centro y sur del pa\u00eds, y son pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que nos est\u00e1n afectando a todos los que vivimos en la frontera\u201d, subray\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>A ello se le suma que en Baja California existen alrededor de 25 mil casas abandonadas, en Tijuana se encuentran entre 40 y 50% de ellas, siendo la p\u00e9rdida del empleo del adquiriente, la falta de seguridad de sus moradores, de abasto y transporte algunos de los factores del descuido.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEste problema social porque as\u00ed se le debe de catalogar, se le tiene que buscar una soluci\u00f3n integral entre los tres \u00f3rganos de gobierno y la participaci\u00f3n de los inmobiliarios organizados, los colegios de arquitectos, de ingenieros y por supuesto de los desarrolladores junto con los delegados de las Secretar\u00edas de Econom\u00eda y de Desarrollo Social\u201d, precis\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El presidente electo de APIT agreg\u00f3 que el sector inmobiliario tiene gran confianza en la zona fronteriza con respecto a la Reforma Migratoria de los Estados Unidos, porque ese gran mercado de connacionales que por el momento no compran ni all\u00e1 ni en M\u00e9xico por el impedimento de poder trasladarse, le dar\u00eda a Tijuana un paliativo en lo econ\u00f3mico y en las inversiones.<\/p>\n<p align=\"right\"><b>*Agencia RP de Asociaci\u00f3n de Profesionales Inmobiliarios de Tijuana
