{"id":37035,"date":"2016-07-07T12:47:04","date_gmt":"2016-07-07T17:47:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=37035"},"modified":"2016-07-07T13:12:11","modified_gmt":"2016-07-07T18:12:11","slug":"brexit-afecta-fondos-inmobiliarios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/brexit-afecta-fondos-inmobiliarios\/","title":{"rendered":"Brexit afecta fondos inmobiliarios"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Con la suspensi\u00f3n de sus carteras esperan detener el retiro de capitales<\/em><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Los fondos de inversi\u00f3n inmobiliarios M&#038;G Investments, Aviva, Standard Life, Global Investors, Canada Life y Threadneedle anunciaron la suspensi\u00f3n de sus carteras, esto para frenar el retiro de capitales por parte de los inversores a causa del Brexit.<\/p>\n<p>Con la decisi\u00f3n que tomaron los brit\u00e1nicos de separarse la Uni\u00f3n Europea, los inversionistas comenzaron a detener sus pagos, por lo los fonos tomaron la decisi\u00f3n de suspender sus carteras.  <\/p>\n<p>La calificadora de riegos Fitch alert\u00f3 el riesgo inmediato que afronta el sector inmobiliario en Inglaterra, con la suspensi\u00f3n anunciada \u201cse pone de manifiesto los retos de liquidez que afronta el sector por un posible declive en la actividad de los mercados y las valoraciones\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que el Banco de Inglaterra, en su \u00faltimo informe de estabilidad, ubic\u00f3 al sector inmobiliario como riesgo potencial de estabilidad financiera. Adem\u00e1s, la actividad constructiva experiment\u00f3 su mayor ca\u00edda en 7 a\u00f1os en junio de este a\u00f1o, ante el temor de la salida de la Uni\u00f3n Europea. <\/p>\n<p>Algunos de los fondos argumentaron su salida, en el caso de Threadneedle dijo que adem\u00e1s de la suspensi\u00f3n de sus fondos, esperaba que continuara la salida de fondo de minoristas.<br \/>\nM&#038;G Investments explic\u00f3 que la causa se debi\u00f3 al aumentos de la redenciones  por los altos niveles de incertidumbre, su cartera inmobiliaria es de unos 5,740 millones de d\u00f3lares que invierte en 178 propiedades. <\/p>\n<p>Aviva Investors asegur\u00f3 que con la suspensi\u00f3n de sus cartera se aseguran los intereses de todos sus inversionistas, con la suspensi\u00f3n de las transacciones del fondo con efecto inmediato.
