Mismo que tiene 207 habitaciones y alrededor de 900 metros cuadrados de \u00e1reas de salones, de esta forma GHSF sumar\u00e1 con esta incorporaci\u00f3n 3 propiedades y cerca de 500 cuartos en esa ciudad. <\/p>\n<p>El hotel se localiza en la zona centro de la ciudad, frente a la Plaza Hidalgo a un costado del antiguo ayuntamiento. El edificio estaba con una reconocida marca nacional y a partir de este mes es operado bajo la marca Krystal por Grupo Hotelero Santa Fe, la cual lleva m\u00e1s de 35 a\u00f1os de presencia en el mercado. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cCon esta adici\u00f3n, nuestro portafolio llega a 18 hoteles con 4,722 habitaciones en operaci\u00f3n. Krystal Monterrey es el octavo hotel que agregamos bajo el esquema de contrato de administraci\u00f3n de hoteles de terceros, lo cual es una clara se\u00f1al de la confianza de los inversionistas inmobiliarios en nuestra capacidad de gesti\u00f3n\u201d, dijo Francisco Zinser Cieslik, director general de Grupo Hotelero Santa Fe.<\/p>\n<p>El hotel pasar\u00e1 por una serie de adecuaciones y mejoras que asegurar\u00e1n los est\u00e1ndares de la marca conforme a un plan de remodelaci\u00f3n integral en el cual el propietario invertir\u00e1 aproximadamente 50,000,000 de pesos. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa marca Krystal y submarcas Krystal Grand, Krystal Urban y Krystal cuentan ya con cerca de 1,500 llaves en destinos urbanos, ofreciendo servicios y est\u00e1ndares de calidad que garantizan un alto nivel de satisfacci\u00f3n de los clientes, apoyados por un equipo profesional, consolidado y con amplia experiencia en la industria\u201d, explic\u00f3 Francisco Medina Elizalde, director general adjunto de Grupo Hotelero Santa Fe.<\/p>\n<p>GHSF se enfoca en adquirir, convertir, desarrollar y operar hoteles propios y de terceros.
