{"id":35205,"date":"2016-05-30T10:05:24","date_gmt":"2016-05-30T15:05:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=35205"},"modified":"2016-05-30T10:14:05","modified_gmt":"2016-05-30T15:14:05","slug":"infraestructura-fronteriza-fortalece-comercio-desarrollo-social-sct","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/construccion\/infraestructura-fronteriza-fortalece-comercio-desarrollo-social-sct\/","title":{"rendered":"Infraestructura fronteriza fortalece comercio y desarrollo social: SCT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Se construyeron y modernizaron 3 cruces en la frontera norte del pa\u00eds<\/em><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La Secretaria de Comunicaciones y Transportes (SCT) inform\u00f3 que con la construcci\u00f3n de 3 puentes fronterizos en el norte del pa\u00eds se fortalece la relaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica y social entre M\u00e9xico y Estados Unidos, as\u00ed como con distintos acuerdos en materia de transporte terrestre y a\u00e9reo. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cHasta la fecha se han construido, modernizado y ampliado 3 cruces: el Puente Internacional del ferroviario Brownsville-Matamoros, el primero de este tipo construido en los \u00faltimos 10 a\u00f1os; el Puente Internacional Los Tomates-Veterans, que tambi\u00e9n une a las ciudades de Matamoros y Brownsville y la Conexi\u00f3n Peatonal Aeroportuaria Tijuana-San Diego, denominada Cross Border Xpress\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, la SCT record\u00f3 que el Senado de la Rep\u00fablica ratific\u00f3 el acuerdo bilateral de Servicios A\u00e9reos entre ambas naciones, que se firm\u00f3 en diciembre del a\u00f1o pasado, con dicho acuerdo se fortalecer\u00e1n los mercados, relanzar\u00e1n l\u00edneas comerciales y promover\u00e1n los destinos tur\u00edsticos, esto con la eliminaci\u00f3n de los l\u00edmites de destino y frecuencia de cualquier aerol\u00ednea pueda operar entre ciudades de ambas naciones.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn cuanto al Acuerdo de Cooperaci\u00f3n de Transporte de Largo Recorrido,  se logr\u00f3 a partir de un intenso trabajo bilateral en enero de 2015, cuando se cumplieron los requisitos pendientes, permitiendo liberar las restricciones de acceso a los servicios transfronterizos de carga de largo recorrido pactados en el Tratado de Libre Comercio de Am\u00e9rica del Norte\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En los \u00faltimos 15 a\u00f1os el transporte nacional no pod\u00eda entrar a Estados Unidos, situaci\u00f3n que obligaba a contratar autotransporte estadounidense. Desde enero de 2015, la SCT procesa las solicitudes de los transportistas estadounidenses que desean realizar operaciones de carga en M\u00e9xico.
