(AMPI), Roberto Barrios Gaxiola, en el pa\u00eds existen 28.5 millones de casas de las cu\u00e1les siete millones son rentadas y ocho millones son hipotecas, por lo que casi 15 millones de casas hubieran sido gravadas de haberse aprobado la reforma fiscal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s record\u00f3 que en 1973 cuando Luis Echeverr\u00eda fue presidente grav\u00f3 con Impuesto Sobre la Renta (ISR) las casas habitaci\u00f3n y las rentas; ahora, Roberto Barrios, en el marco del Foro perspectivas econ\u00f3micas y desarrollo inmobiliario para el 2014, se congratul\u00f3 que ese hecho no se hubiera repetido gracias a que los diputados pudieron desechar la reforma.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En el an\u00e1lisis se resalt\u00f3 que la \u00fanica asignatura pendiente de la reforma que afect\u00f3 al sector inmobiliario fue la deducci\u00f3n de impuestos como estaba en un mill\u00f3n y medio de UDIS, ahora se cobrar\u00e1 ISR por venta o enajenaci\u00f3n de casa habitaci\u00f3n cuando el valor del inmueble supere los 700 mil UDIS (aproximadamente 3.5 millones de pesos).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDepartamentos en la colonia Roma o Condesa andan en un valor de aproximadamente 700 mil UDIS y no es el nivel m\u00e1s bajo; seguimos trabajando con las autoridades para que quede claro el reglamento de c\u00f3mo se va a aplicar el ISR en viviendas de este valor que se determinar\u00e1 por parte del SAT en la Ley de Ingresos.
