El financiamiento directo total al sector privado lleg\u00f3 a un 10.5%, superando el promedio mensual de crecimiento anual durante 2015 (7.6% anual), manteni\u00e9ndose con una tasa de 9.3% real anual. <\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed lo dio a conocer la titular de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Vivienda (Conavi), Paloma Silva de Anzorena, al dar a conocer el Reporte Mensual de Vivienda correspondiente al mes de marzo de 2016, donde se dijo que por segmentos, el cr\u00e9dito a la vivienda conserva la tendencia en el avance con 9.0% anual (9.3% previo), la participaci\u00f3n total en el financiamiento bancario de la vivienda fue en marzo 2016 del 13.8%, con respecto al 13.3% del a\u00f1o anterior. <\/p>\n<p>En tanto, la vivienda de inter\u00e9s social represent\u00f3 en el cr\u00e9dito otorgado por la banca comercial, seg\u00fan la actividad de los prestatarios marzo 2016, los 81,294 millones de pesos seg\u00fan cifras del Banco de M\u00e9xico (BM).<\/p>\n<p>Para el periodo marzo 2014-febrero 2015 Sociedad Hipotecaria Federal (SHF) coloc\u00f3 13 mil 100 millones de pesos para cr\u00e9dito puente, y para el periodo marzo 2015-febrero 2016 se colocaron 16.5 miles de millones de pesos, lo que represent\u00f3 un crecimiento de 26 por ciento. <\/p>\n<p>Las disposiciones de la Banca Comercial para el cr\u00e9dito puente fueron 62.7 miles de millones de pesos para el periodo marzo 2014-febrero 2015, y para marzo 2015-febrero 2016 fueron 69.8 miles de millones de pesos, que significa que hubo un crecimiento de 11.4% entre los dos periodos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Incrementan inventario de vivienda <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para el per\u00edodo 2013 a 2015, las viviendas registradas tuvieron un comportamiento gradual de crecimiento, durante 2014 el promedio anual creci\u00f3 35.7% con respecto al a\u00f1o anterior (Las viviendas registradas son aquellas que miden la intenci\u00f3n de construir a partir de expectativas del desarrollador). <\/p>\n<p>Al cierre de 2014, la reactivaci\u00f3n de los proyectos repunt\u00f3, pues en el cuarto trimestre los constructores incorporaron m\u00e1s de 160,000 viviendas, lo que representa casi el 40% de los registros hechos en todo ese a\u00f1o. <\/p>\n<p>La raz\u00f3n de lo anterior, es que se cre\u00f3 por parte del mercado una expectativa favorable de mayor demanda y mayores incentivos fiscales para reactivar la oferta lo que motivo a los constructores a reiniciar la edificaci\u00f3n en 2015. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Representan un aumento de 25% y 11.4%,
