inversionistas que apuestan por invertir en la capital, esto en funci\u00f3n del a\u00fan bajo nivel de penetraci\u00f3n del piso comercial en la poblaci\u00f3n y el acceso a distintas fuentes de capital.<\/p>\n<p>MRP es uno de los desarrolladores m\u00e1s activos con siete proyectos y dos m\u00e1s en coinversi\u00f3n de Fibra Uno, mientras que Inmuebles Carso cuenta con cuatro proyectos en
