Durante el primer trimestre se registr\u00f3 una absorci\u00f3n neta de casi 10,000 metros cuadrados.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, se tiene un registro de aproximadamente 25 proyectos de entre los cuales se tiene confirmado casi 100,000 metros cuadrados corresponden tan s\u00f3lo a 10 proyectos.<\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/194-600x218.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-34446 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/194-600x218-300x109.jpg\" alt=\"194-600x218\" width=\"300\" height=\"109\" srcset=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/194-600x218-300x109.jpg 300w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/194-600x218.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>\n<p>A finales de marzo, se registr\u00f3 un aproximado de 27 operaciones de renta y venta de espacios Clase A\/A+.
