{"id":33698,"date":"2016-04-22T08:10:24","date_gmt":"2016-04-22T13:10:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=33698"},"modified":"2016-04-21T13:03:11","modified_gmt":"2016-04-21T18:03:11","slug":"hoteles-city-express-cerro-el-1t2016-con-106-hoteles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/hoteles-city-express-cerro-el-1t2016-con-106-hoteles\/","title":{"rendered":"Hoteles City Express cerr\u00f3 el 1T2016 con 106 hoteles"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Hoteles City Express aumenta su flujo operativo<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Al primer trimestre de este a\u00f1o, la cadena de hoteles City Express report\u00f3 una utilidad de operaci\u00f3n antes de impuestos, costos financieros depreciaci\u00f3n y amortizaci\u00f3n de 144,556,000 de pesos, as\u00ed lo dio a conocer en un reporte enviado a la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (BMV).<\/p>\n<p>Los ingresos totales aumentaron en un 20.9%, pasando de los 376, 394, 000 pesos en 2015 a los 454, 953,000 pesos registrados entre enero y marzo de este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>La compa\u00f1\u00eda cens\u00f3 un incremento del 22 % de su flujo operativo o Ebitda en el 1T2016 respecto al mismo periodo del 2015. Tambi\u00e9n registr\u00f3 una utilidad de operaci\u00f3n (Ebitda, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) de 144, 556, 0000 pesos en este mismo periodo en contraste con los 118,770, 000 pesos del mismo periodo del a\u00f1o pasado.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, la utilidad neta de la empresa registr\u00f3 un avance del 4.5% respecto al mismo periodo en 2015 llegando a los 47,213,000 pesos.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abNuestros resultados reflejan s\u00f3lidas m\u00e9tricas operativas y financieras en todos los frentes de la compa\u00f1\u00eda. Particularmente, destaca el incremento de 10.7 % en Ingresos por habitaci\u00f3n disponible (RevPAR, por su acr\u00f3nimo en ingl\u00e9s) que se logra por la combinaci\u00f3n de mejoras en tarifa y ocupaci\u00f3n hotelera\u00bb, expuso Luis Barrios, director general de la emisora en el informe.<\/p>\n<p>La empresa cerr\u00f3 el primer trimestre de 2016 con 106 hoteles, 10 m\u00e1s a los que
