Adem\u00e1s de un parque Central con 5,000 metros cuadrados en \u00e1reas abiertas, un centro comercial de cuatro niveles con 58,800 metros cuadrados, el cual comprender\u00e1 de 17 salas de cine.<\/p>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSCN9633.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-31854\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" trimestre de 2017 queden listas las adecuaciones del complejo e inicie sus operaciones al cuarto trimestre de 2017.<br \/>\nContar\u00e1 con 6,600 cajones de estacionamiento y valet parking. <\/p>\n<p>El Asking Price es de 29.50 d\u00f3lares por metro cuadrado y el precio de mantenimiento es de 4.00 d\u00f3lares por metro cuadrado. <\/p>\n<p>El arquitecto a cargo Javier Sordo Madaleno dijo que es un proyecto que cuenta con todos los elementos para ser un exitoso proyecto. <\/p>\n<p>Luis M\u00e9ndez, integrante del <a class=\"expresscurate_contentTags\"
