{"id":3091,"date":"2014-01-28T09:00:52","date_gmt":"2014-01-28T15:00:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=3091"},"modified":"2014-03-20T14:09:49","modified_gmt":"2014-03-20T20:09:49","slug":"edificaran-un-hotel-hilton-en-monterrey","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/edificaran-un-hotel-hilton-en-monterrey\/","title":{"rendered":"Edificar\u00e1n un hotel Hilton en Monterrey"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"contenido\">\n<div>\n<div><em>El complejo contar\u00e1 con cerca de 134 habitaciones y ser\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado por el despacho de Arquitectos Legorreta + Legorreta<\/em><\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Con la finalidad de ampliar la oferta de servicios de hospedaje en la zona del aeropuerto de Monterrey para ejecutivos, turistas y pasajeros de negocios, se construir\u00e1 un hotel bajo la marca de Hilton Garden Inn.<\/p>\n<p>Tanto el Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte (OMA) como la empresa Santa Fe Grupo Hotelero (SFGH) arrancaron la construcci\u00f3n de un hotel en dicho aeropuerto, el cual estar\u00e1 ubicado entre las Terminales A y B.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, contar\u00e1 con el dise\u00f1o arquitect\u00f3nico\u00a0 del despacho de Arquitectos Legorreta + Legorreta, el cual ha enfocado un estilo contempor\u00e1neo combinando de confort, comodidad, accesibilidad y servicios integrales.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"cambiarFuente\">\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de un comunicado, la compa\u00f1\u00eda indic\u00f3 que el hotel se construir\u00e1 con los m\u00e1s altos est\u00e1ndares de calidad y servicio, y adem\u00e1s indic\u00f2 que este complejo hotelero contar\u00e1 con 5 niveles para albergar a 134 habitaciones .<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEste proyecto es fruto de la alianza entre OMA y SFGH, tras constituir Consorcio Hotelero Aeropuerto de Monterrey, permitiendo unificar las experiencias de \u00e9xito de ambas empresas. OMA administra 13 aeropuertos en M\u00e9xico y atiende a 14 millones de pasajeros anuales, de los cuales 6.5 millones corresponden a este aeropuerto\u00bb, refiri\u00f3 el
