{"id":30702,"date":"2016-02-22T13:50:35","date_gmt":"2016-02-22T19:50:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=30702"},"modified":"2016-02-22T13:57:16","modified_gmt":"2016-02-22T19:57:16","slug":"la-firma-de-arquitectura-big-revela-diseno-de-su-proyecto-the-spiral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/arquitectura-2\/la-firma-de-arquitectura-big-revela-diseno-de-su-proyecto-the-spiral\/","title":{"rendered":"La firma de arquitectura BIG revela dise\u00f1o de su proyecto \u201cThe Spiral\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>La <a class=\"expresscurate_contentTags\" href=\"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/tag\/torre-de-oficinas\/\">#torre de oficinas<\/a> situada en la ciudad de <a class=\"expresscurate_contentTags\" href=\"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/tag\/nueva-york\/\">#Nueva York<\/a> contar\u00e1 con una serie de terrazas en cascada<br \/>\n<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El estudio de <a class=\"expresscurate_contentTags\" href=\"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/tag\/arquitectura\/\">#arquitectura<\/a> <a class=\"expresscurate_contentTags\" href=\"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/tag\/bjarke-ingles-group\/\">#Bjarke Ingles Group<\/a> (<a class=\"expresscurate_contentTags\" href=\"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/tag\/big\/\">#BIG<\/a>) dio a conocer el <a class=\"expresscurate_contentTags\" href=\"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/tag\/diseno\/\">#dise\u00f1o<\/a> de \u201cThe Spiral\u201d (Espiral), una <a class=\"expresscurate_contentTags\" href=\"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/tag\/torre\/\">#torre<\/a> de <a class=\"expresscurate_contentTags\" href=\"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/tag\/oficinas\/\">#oficinas<\/a> situada en la ciudad de Nueva York que cuenta con 65 pisos y una serie de terrazas en cascada. <\/p>\n<p>Este edificio, que se extiende a la zona verde de las antiguas v\u00edas del tren, en un movimiento en espiral hacia el cielo, ofrece una espectacular vista sobre Manhattan,  que incluye el Midtown, Central Park, el Financial District y el r\u00edo Hudson.<\/p>\n<p>BIG indica que la serie de terrazas brinda a cada planta un espacio de doble altura que se puede conectar con los pisos adyacentes, y que adem\u00e1s le da a cada piso un lugar de reuniones.<\/p>\n<p>Todos los pisos de la torre de 301 metros de alto (1,005 pies), abren hacia el exterior, creando jardines colgantes y atrios en cascada que conectan los planos abiertos desde la planta baja hasta la cumbre.<\/p>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/The-Spiral.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-30705\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/The-Spiral.jpg\" alt=\"The Spiral\" width=\"818\" height=\"474\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-30705\" srcset=\"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/The-Spiral.jpg 818w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/The-Spiral-300x174.jpg 300w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/The-Spiral-768x445.jpg 768w, https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/wp-content\/uploads\/The-Spiral-240x140.jpg 240w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 818px) 100vw, 818px\" \/><\/a>\n<p>De acuerdo con la firma, los espacios sin columnas crean interiores abiertos, y al ser de doble altura comunican los pisos entre s\u00ed. Adem\u00e1s, en cada piso se podr\u00e1 disfrutar de espacios al aire libre.<\/p>\n<p>Bjarke Ingels, socio de la firma, indica que The Spiral combina la cl\u00e1sica silueta del zigurat de los rascacielos modernos con las proporciones esbeltas y la organizaci\u00f3n eficiente de los edificios en altura de hoy.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan destacan los arquitectos, este edificio tendr\u00e1 en su base un gran hall, adem\u00e1s de 2,500 m2 de \u00e1rea comercial, ofreciendo, adem\u00e1s, m\u00e1s de 265,000 m2 de espacios corporativos conectados y sustentables. <\/p>\n<a
