{"id":28335,"date":"2016-01-11T10:05:00","date_gmt":"2016-01-11T16:05:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=28335"},"modified":"2016-01-11T10:09:51","modified_gmt":"2016-01-11T16:09:51","slug":"sector-inmobiliario-motor-de-la-bmv-en-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/opinion\/sector-inmobiliario-motor-de-la-bmv-en-2016\/","title":{"rendered":"Sector inmobiliario; \u00bfmotor de la BMV en 2016?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Despu\u00e9s de que en diciembre pospuso su entrada a bolsa, Casas Javer relanza hoy la Oferta P\u00fablica Inicial (OPI) con que pretende colocar acciones en la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (BMV).<\/p>\n<p>La operaci\u00f3n, que se formalizar\u00e1 dos d\u00edas despu\u00e9s, el 13 de enero, representar\u00eda hasta 2 mil 300 millones de pesos, por 37,4 por ciento del capital de la viviendera que dirige Eugenio Garza.<\/p>\n<p>Ma\u00f1ana martes, Casas Cadu, que dirige Pedro Vaca, dar\u00e1 el campanazo en la BMV, despu\u00e9s de que el a\u00f1o pasado debutara tambi\u00e9n en el mercado accionario.<\/p>\n<p>Todo apunta a que al menos una viviendera m\u00e1s colocar\u00eda acciones en los pr\u00f3ximos meses, y al menos seis firmas m\u00e1s se preparan para emitir deuda.<\/p>\n<p>Si todo esto se concreta, estar\u00edamos hablando de un sector <a class=\"expresscurate_contentTags\" href=\"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/tag\/vivienda\/\">#vivienda<\/a> con cerca de 20 de sus empresas participando en los mercados de acciones y\/o deuda.<\/p>\n<p>En medio de un entorno global pintado de negro obscuro, la vivienda saca sus mayores ventajas; realidad de la demanda, poca dependencia de recursos p\u00fablicos, solidez de sus instituciones y variables macroecon\u00f3micas que permiten tasas bajas en los cr\u00e9ditos hipotecarios.<\/p>\n<p>Y el escenario no se ve mal, porque con apenas poco m\u00e1s de 11 mil millones de pesos p\u00fablicos, fundamentalmente destinados a subsidios, este a\u00f1o se esperan inversiones por m\u00e1s de 450 mil millones de pesos en el sector, que le permitir\u00e1n mantener la tendencia que le ha llevado a crecer 30 por ciento en el periodo 2013-2015.<\/p>\n<p>Si sumamos los n\u00fameros de los Fibra o de inmobiliarias de segmentos ajenos a la vivienda que participan tambi\u00e9n en el mercado burs\u00e1til, cabe esperar que el sector inmobiliario en lo general, y la vivienda en particular, ser\u00e1n grandes animadores de los mercados financieros en este nuevo a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Los invito a seguir mi cuenta de Twitter: @horacio_urbano y a ver Vivienda en Verde TV, que se transmite por Green TV y Efekto Noticias.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Despu\u00e9s de que en diciembre pospuso su entrada a bolsa, Casas Javer relanza hoy la Oferta P\u00fablica Inicial (OPI) con que pretende colocar acciones en la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (BMV).
