href=\"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/tag\/hoteles\/\">#hoteles<\/a> el siguiente a\u00f1o, cuyos permisos se vieron retrasados en 2015<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La cadena hotelera especializada en el hospedaje de negocios, <a class=\"expresscurate_contentTags\" href=\"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/tag\/city-express\/\">#City Express<\/a>, espera abrir por lo menos 24 nuevos hoteles en 2016, y recuperar su ritmo de crecimiento, ya que se ha postergado la puesta en marcha de por lo menos 19 unidades proyectados para finales de 2015 y principios de 2016, mismas que se retomar\u00e1n en los primeros 9 meses de dicho a\u00f1o. <\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 Accival Casa de Bolsa, la empresa podr\u00e1 continuar con sus planes de expansi\u00f3n, que se retrasaron por las complicaciones para obtener los permisos necesarios, lo que provocar\u00eda mayores gastos de preapertura, lo que le traer\u00eda un menor nivel de flujo operativo, mismos que se recuperar\u00edan en 2017. <\/p>\n<p>Actualmente la cadena cuenta con 104 hoteles en su portafolio, de los cuales 102 est\u00e1n en territorio mexicano y dos m\u00e1s en San Jos\u00e9, Costa Rica, y uno m\u00e1s en Cali,
