{"id":2649,"date":"2014-01-14T09:08:18","date_gmt":"2014-01-14T15:08:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=2649"},"modified":"2014-03-21T12:17:49","modified_gmt":"2014-03-21T18:17:49","slug":"daran-mantenimiento-a-unidades-habitacionales-en-alvaro-obregon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/urbanismo\/daran-mantenimiento-a-unidades-habitacionales-en-alvaro-obregon\/","title":{"rendered":"Dar\u00e1n mantenimiento a unidades habitacionales en \u00c1lvaro Obreg\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><i>La delegaci\u00f3n invertir\u00e1 30 millones de pesos para mejorar las instalaciones de diferentes complejos como IMSS Santa Fe, Plateros o Lomas de Becerra Infonavit beneficiando a m\u00e1s de 20,000 familias<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><!--more--><\/i><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con Leonel Estrada Luna, delegado de \u00c1lvaro Obreg\u00f3n, se invertir\u00e1n 30 millones de pesos para la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de unidades habitacionales que muestran grave deterioro en beneficio de m\u00e1s de 20,000 familias.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, expres\u00f3 que en la delegaci\u00f3n existen 13 unidades, la cuales fueron construidas en los a\u00f1os cincuenta y sesenta, por lo tanto, con estas acciones de remozamiento se trata de mejorar la calidad de vida de los habitantes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Y detall\u00f3 que Expres\u00f3 que las unidades habitaciones \u00a0que presentan serios problemas por falta de mantenimiento son: IMSS Santa Fe concentra m\u00e1s de 15,000 habitantes; Plateros m\u00e1s de 13,000 o Lomas de Becerra Infonavit, principalmente.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00abEn IMSS Santa Fe, carece de un adecuado sistema de movilidad y el alumbrado p\u00fablico sigue siendo deficiente\u00bb, a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo destac\u00f3 que el deterioro de esos complejos obedece en gran medida a la falta de administraciones internas, as\u00ed como las condiciones sociales y econ\u00f3micas de quienes habitan en ellas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Estrada Luna mencion\u00f3 que otro de los problemas que enfrentan este tipo de complejos es que un gran n\u00famero de los departamentos se encuentran intestados o presentan problemas jur\u00eddicos, lo que genera otro vac\u00edo en el pago de cuotas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEn la actualidad, las autoridades no podemos llevar a cabo este tipo de acciones, toda vez que las unidades habitacionales se consideran como propiedades privadas. Sin embargo, hay complejos en los que sus habitantes no pueden correr con los gastos de mantenimiento\u00bb, dijo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, coment\u00f3 que en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas presentar\u00e1 a la Asamblea Legislativa una propuesta de reforma a la Ley Condominal, a fin de que se flexibilicen los requisitos para la instauraci\u00f3n de las administraciones internas y se cree una especie de fideicomiso, a fin de permitir la inversi\u00f3n privada y p\u00fablica en la soluci\u00f3n de los problemas de esos grandes complejos
