{"id":25626,"date":"2015-11-17T10:44:14","date_gmt":"2015-11-17T16:44:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=25626"},"modified":"2015-11-19T16:13:43","modified_gmt":"2015-11-19T22:13:43","slug":"incrementara-6-34-oferta-hotelera-en-los-proximos-cuatro-anos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/inmobiliario\/incrementara-6-34-oferta-hotelera-en-los-proximos-cuatro-anos\/","title":{"rendered":"Incrementar\u00e1 6.34% oferta hotelera en los siguientes 4 a\u00f1os"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Quintana Roo concentra la oferta de cuartos de 3 a 5 estrellas, seguido por el Distrito Federal<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Debido a la recuperaci\u00f3n del sector tur\u00edstico del pa\u00eds, en los pr\u00f3ximos cuatro a\u00f1os iniciar\u00edan operaciones m\u00e1s de 28 mil nuevos cuartos de hotel, que se sumar\u00e1n a los casi ocho mil que este a\u00f1o empezaron a funcionar, situaci\u00f3n derivada de la liquidez que generan los Fideicomisos de Bines Ra\u00edces (Fibras).<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9stos, en los \u00faltimos dos a\u00f1os, han invertido en la adquisici\u00f3n de terrenos m\u00e1s de 300 millones de d\u00f3lares. En cuanto a los grupos hoteleros que han comprado hoteles, la inversi\u00f3n es de 200 millones de d\u00f3lares y se estima que la cifra llegue hasta los dos mil millones en el 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Estas cifras, dadas a conocer por CBRE M\u00e9xico, detallan que los principales destinos para el establecimiento de nuevos hoteles se enfocan en ciudades coloniales, playas y lugares que se han desarrollado a la par de la industria automotriz, como son Puebla y San Luis Potos\u00ed, entidades en donde se anunci\u00f3 Sheraton, Barcel\u00f3 y Hilton tendr\u00e1n hoteles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sube la calidad <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los cuartos que se desarrollaron este a\u00f1o est\u00e1n en la categor\u00eda de negocios y gran turismo, debido al incremento del turismo internacional y el gasto que realizan durante sus estancias. Hasta el a\u00f1o pasado, en el pa\u00eds hab\u00eda 567 mil habitaciones de hotel, desde una hasta cinco estrellas.<\/p>\n<p>Las habitaciones de cuatro estrellas, que es la categor\u00eda en donde se encuentras las habitaciones tipo negocio, tuvieron un incremento de 21 por ciento, del periodo de 2008 a 2014, un promedio de tres por ciento a anual, tendencia que puede mantenerse en los pr\u00f3ximos cinco a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se incrementaron los cuartos de 3 a 5 estrellas, con un 18 por ciento en el mismo periodo, este tipo de habitaciones se concentran en Quintana Roo, le sigue el Distrito Federal con 39 mil cuartos. De acuerdo con los c\u00e1lculos de hoteleros se pronostica que estos destinos concentren la mayor\u00eda de la calidad tur\u00edstica.<\/p>\n<p>Del total de cuartos de hotel, 10.1 por ciento son de una estrella; 11.3 por ciento, dos estrellas; 21.4 por ciento, tres estrellas; 25.1 por ciento, cuatro estrellas y de cinco estrellas 32.1 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>Durante 2014 el promedio de cuartos disponibles en el pa\u00eds fue de 377 mil 478, de los que en siete destinos tur\u00edsticos se concentr\u00f3 33 por ciento de ellos. En Los Cabos 10 mil 339; Puerto Vallarta, 11 mil 718; Riviera Nayarita, 10 mil 361; Ixtapa, cinco mil 81 cuartos; Acapulco, 18 mil 544; Canc\u00fan con 32 mil 129 habitaciones y la Riviera Maya con 36 mil 115.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, durante la primera mitad de 2015, el ingreso de divisas por el turismo internacional fue de unos mil 484 millones de d\u00f3lares mensuales; con un promedio de 2.48
