{"id":25614,"date":"2015-11-17T10:02:50","date_gmt":"2015-11-17T16:02:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=25614"},"modified":"2015-11-17T10:02:50","modified_gmt":"2015-11-17T16:02:50","slug":"fovissste-otorgo-86-mil-creditos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/fovissste-otorgo-86-mil-creditos\/","title":{"rendered":"Fovissste otorg\u00f3 86 mil cr\u00e9ditos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>En 2016, el Fondo prev\u00e9 otorgar 119 mil 750 cr\u00e9ditos con presupuesto de 52 mil 614 mdp<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El Fondo de la Vivienda del Instituto de Seguridad y Servicios Sociales de los Trabajadores del Estado (Fovissste) ha otorgado 86,394 cr\u00e9ditos de sus diferentes esquemas en beneficio de las familias de los trabajadores a lo largo de 2015.<\/p>\n<p>De este total, que corresponden a los esquemas Tradicional, con Subsidio, Pensionados, Conyugales, Alia2 Plus, Respalda2, FOVISSSTE en Pesos, Individual FOVISSSTE-INFONAVIT y Respalada2M,\u00a0 69,922 se encuentran formalizados y 16,472 est\u00e1n en tr\u00e1mite.<\/p>\n<p>De los cr\u00e9ditos formalizados a lo largo de todo el pa\u00eds, 34,722 son para la adquisici\u00f3n de vivienda nueva, mientras que 35,200 corresponden a vivienda usada.<\/p>\n<p>De los 86,394 cr\u00e9ditos, 70,452 son cr\u00e9ditos hipotecarios y 15,942 corresponden a acciones de vivienda para ampliar, reparar o mejorar una casa, por medio del Respalda2M, el cual puede ser solicitado por los derechohabientes sin importar si han ejercido o no un cr\u00e9dito hipotecario.<\/p>\n<p>En 2016, el FOVISSSTE, encabezado por Luis Antonio Godina Herrera, prev\u00e9 otorgar 119,750 cr\u00e9ditos como parte de un presupuesto total de 52,614 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p>En concordancia con la Pol\u00edtica Nacional de Vivienda, Fovissste contin\u00faa trabajando para mejorar sus opciones de cr\u00e9dito, generar nuevos productos como esquemas de arrendamiento, viviendas\u00a0 para personas con capacidades diferentes, cr\u00e9ditos para pensionados y jubilados, entre otros.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
