capital<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Luis Antonio Godina Herrera Vocal Ejecutivo de Fovissste, inform\u00f3 trabajar\u00e1n de manera coordinada con los diputados de la Asamblea Legislativa del Distrito Federal (ALDF) y autoridades locales para acercar m\u00e1s cr\u00e9ditos hipotecarios a derechohabientes del Instituto en la capital.<\/p>\n<p>En la instalaci\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n de Vivienda en la Asamblea Legislativa del Distrito Federal, Luis Antonio Godina dijo que en el pr\u00f3ximo Procedimiento Aleatorio de Cr\u00e9ditos Tradicionales 2016, que se realizar\u00e1 este 12 de noviembre en el Distrito Federal acapar\u00e1 10% de esos cr\u00e9ditos cercanos a los 5,000, sin embargo, en subsidios otorgados por el Gobierno de la Rep\u00fablica el monto es m\u00e1s modesto, reconoci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Dijo adem\u00e1s que el elevado precio de los terrenos para edificar vivienda obstaculiza de manera importante aplicar cr\u00e9ditos para obtener una casa en la capital del pa\u00eds. \u201cHay recursos, hay posibilidad de usarlos, pero el costo de las viviendas impide que trabajemos m\u00e1s por ese lado\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Godina explic\u00f3 que el Instituto actualmente tiene 850,000 cr\u00e9ditos vigentes, de ellos, 64,900 se aplican en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico por un monto de 27,000 millones de pesos, mientras que los derechohabientes que residen en este lugar alcanzan los 2,000,000 de personas, de los cuales 243,000 son pensionados y 15% del total de los derechohabientes del ISSSTE reside en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>En la sede de la ALDF, Godina Herrera expuso que en el FOVISSSTE analizan y trabajan sobre las necesidades hipotecarias de sus derechohabientes, poblaci\u00f3n que en su mayor\u00eda rebasa los 35 a\u00f1os de edad, cuya proyecci\u00f3n prev\u00e9 que para el a\u00f1o 2050 tenga m\u00e1s de 45 y se asemeje mucho a la poblaci\u00f3n del resto del pa\u00eds. \u201cEstos cambios establecen una pol\u00edtica de vivienda diferente a la del resto del pa\u00eds, la pir\u00e1mide poblacional que va a tener M\u00e9xico en unos a\u00f1os ya la tiene el FOVISSSTE\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ante asamble\u00edstas y autoridades de vivienda asegur\u00f3 que el Fovissste se sumar\u00e1 a los trabajos que realizar\u00e1 la Comisi\u00f3n de Vivienda de la Asamblea Capitalina para acercar un mayor n\u00famero de cr\u00e9ditos de vivienda en beneficio de los derechohabientes que habitan en este lugar.<\/p>\n<p>Estuvieron presentes diputados de los diferentes partidos pol\u00edticos que integran la Comisi\u00f3n de Vivienda que encabeza Dunia Ludlow (PRI), la directora general de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Vivienda; de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Vivienda, (CONAVI), Paloma Silva de Anzorena, y autoridades capitalinas como el titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Urbano y Vivienda, Felipe Guti\u00e9rrez Guti\u00e9rrez;\u00a0 el procurador Ambiental y de Ordenamiento Territorial (PAOT), Miguel \u00c1ngel Cancino Aguilar, y el titular del Instituto de Vivienda del Distrito Federal (INVI), Raymundo Collins Flores.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1 5% de los derechohabientes del Fovissste
