{"id":25177,"date":"2015-11-02T13:21:01","date_gmt":"2015-11-02T19:21:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=25177"},"modified":"2015-11-02T13:21:01","modified_gmt":"2015-11-02T19:21:01","slug":"avance-del-50-en-la-ampliacion-de-la-preparatoria-miravalle","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/construccion\/avance-del-50-en-la-ampliacion-de-la-preparatoria-miravalle\/","title":{"rendered":"Avance del 50% en la ampliaci\u00f3n de la preparatoria Miravalle"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Se tendr\u00e1n elementos que garantices accesibilidad y sustentabilidad<\/em><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Obras del Distrito Federal (Sobse) dio a conocer que la tercera etapa de la ampliaci\u00f3n de la Preparatoria III Miravalle, que inici\u00f3 en agosto de este a\u00f1o, tiene un avance del 50 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>La dependencia capitalina invierte 70 millones de pesos en la construcci\u00f3n de dos edificios de tres niveles, con un pasillo de interconectividad y una cancha para la realizaci\u00f3n de distintas actividades. Obras garantiz\u00f3 que los edificios tendr\u00e1n accesibilidad para todas las personas, adem\u00e1s de incluir materiales sustentables.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se contar\u00e1 con una cisterna, con capacidad para 80 mil litros, que permitir\u00e1 el tratamiento de aguas jabonosas y de lluvia, las que ser\u00e1n reutilizadas en los sanitarios y en el riego de las \u00e1reas verdes de la instituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUno de los ejes rectores de la obra p\u00fablica de la ciudad es la sustentabilidad, por eso siempre incluimos este tipo de elementos en las obras que desarrollamos. En algunos inmuebles se pueden habilitar varios esquemas de ahorro y tambi\u00e9n propiciar la accesibilidad universal\u201d, dijo el secretario de Obras y Servicios de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Edgar Tung\u00fc\u00ed Rodr\u00edguez.<\/p>\n<p>En los nuevos edificios de habilitar\u00e1n domos traslucidos de 20 metros de largo por cuatro de ancho, con el prop\u00f3sito de ahorrar energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica en parte del d\u00eda. En los patios se colocar\u00e1n 20 luminarias LED con celdas solares que se sumar\u00e1n a las diez actuales, para reducci\u00f3n del consumo energ\u00e9tico y con una vida \u00fatil de 50 mil horas. Mientras que en salones y pasillos se instalar\u00e1n l\u00e1mparas ahorradoras.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a los edificios, ser\u00e1n de accesibilidad total con rampas y gu\u00edas t\u00e1ctiles para personas con discapacidad; adem\u00e1s de tres m\u00f3dulos de sanitarios con barras de apoyo. Tambi\u00e9n se instalar\u00e1 un elevador para facilitar el desplazamiento dentro del inmueble.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Se tendr\u00e1n elementos que
