Vinte utilidad neta de 73.3 mdp"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>En el 3T2015 la desarrolla registr\u00f3 un incremento de 10% en sus ingresos totales\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con su reporte correspondiente al tercer trimestre del a\u00f1o (3T2015), Inmobiliaria Vinte tuvo un incremento en su utilidad neta de 5.1% en comparaci\u00f3n con el mismo periodo de 2014, al pasar de 70.2 millones de pesos a 73.7 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p>La desarrolladora inform\u00f3 a la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (BMV) que su utilidad de operaci\u00f3n fue de 107.7 millones de pesos, mientras que el a\u00f1o pasado fue de 106.5 millones de pesos, lo que represent\u00f3 un alza de 1.1 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>Como resultado de la diversificaci\u00f3n de fuentes de fondeo hipotecario disponibles para los clientes de la empresa, de enero a septiembre de 2015, 25.9% de los ingresos provenientes de la escrituraci\u00f3n de viviendas fueron financiadas a trav\u00e9s de Infonavit Tradicional, 3.1% Infonavit Total, 36.3% Fovissste, 13.8% banca, 8.4% Cofinanciamientos, 9.0% sin cr\u00e9dito hipotecario y 3.5% otros, sobre la base de los ingresos totales por escrituraci\u00f3n de vivienda, inform\u00f3 Sergio Leal Aguirre, director general de Vinte.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a la Utilidad Antes de Intereses, Impuestos, Depreciaci\u00f3n y Amortizaci\u00f3n (EBITDA, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s), la desarrolladora registr\u00f3 un monto de 110.9 millones de pesos, 1.6 % m\u00e1s que en el 3T2014.<\/p>\n<p>El ingreso total fue de 644.7 millones de pesos, lo que equivale a 10.1% m\u00e1s que los 585.3 millones de pesos reportados en el mismo periodo de un a\u00f1o previo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En el 3T2015 la
