El desarrollo tur\u00edstico Mayakoba, cuenta con otros tres hoteles: Fairmont, EL Camale\u00f3n y Banyan Tree, adem\u00e1s de dos nuevos establecimientos, uno ellos nombrado El Andaz.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, la empresa anunci\u00f3 el precio de las acciones que ofrecer\u00e1 en la ampliaci\u00f3n de capital de mil millones de euros. Se ampliar\u00e1 el capital a un precio de 5.02 euros por acci\u00f3n con un descuento de 35% sobre TERP (valor te\u00f3rico de la acci\u00f3n descontando los derechos, que se valoran inicialmente en unos 5.4 euros) y un descuento del 62 por ciento sobre el precio de cierre del martes., a fin de garantizar el \u00e9xito de la operaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
