{"id":23494,"date":"2015-09-17T12:43:05","date_gmt":"2015-09-17T17:43:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=23494"},"modified":"2015-09-17T12:43:05","modified_gmt":"2015-09-17T17:43:05","slug":"mexico-y-espana-ganadores-del-concurso-big-urban-crunch","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/urbanismo\/mexico-y-espana-ganadores-del-concurso-big-urban-crunch\/","title":{"rendered":"M\u00e9xico y Espa\u00f1a ganadores del concurso Big Urban Crunch"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Sus propuestas para modificar Nezahualc\u00f3yotl fueron las m\u00e1s innovadoras<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Se anunciaron los ganadores de Big Urban Crunch de Rethinking, un concurso que recibi\u00f3 las mejores propuestas conceptuales para Nezahualc\u00f3yotl, uno de los 125 municipios de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, en b\u00fasqueda de un nuevo modelo de crecimiento de la capital, que cambiara su organizaci\u00f3n, tuviera una mayor densificaci\u00f3n y rehabilitara el tejido urbano obsoleto.<\/p>\n<p>El primer lugar lo obtuvo Espa\u00f1a con su proyecto Nezamorphosis de Santi Julia Xercavins, Sergi Estruch Traveria, Bernat Pedro Planas e Iv\u00e1n Rogera S\u00e1nchez. Su propuesta se bas\u00f3 en a\u00f1adir nuevas capas en el tejido urbano existente, generar espacios verdes, incluir un nuevo modelo de desplazamiento m\u00e1s sostenible y mejorar los edificios existentes.<\/p>\n<p>El segundo lugar lo consigui\u00f3 el proyecto mexicano Connecting Neza with it\u2019s territory, de los autores Miguel Coloma Cervera, Rodrigo Trejo Uribe y Manuel Omar Vergara Vargas. La propuesta consideraba una intervenci\u00f3n en el \u00e1rea conocida como \u201cEl Bordo\u201d donde desarrollar\u00edan cuatro acciones integradoras: conectar el espacio p\u00fablico, cambios en el uso de suelo, aglutinar y dignificar el esquema residencial.<\/p>\n<p>El tercer lugar se lo llevo el espa\u00f1ol Nicol\u00e1s Gutierrez con su proyecto Dream of a Sunday Afternoon. Algunas de las menciones honor\u00edficas se las llevaron los espa\u00f1oles Carlos Franco Cienfuegos y Jose Mar\u00eda Monreal Peria\u00f1ez con su propuesta Sharing occupying and connecting , las mexicanas Brenda Mar\u00eda Picazo, Adriana Otero Valencia y Paola Tovar Luj\u00e1n, su proyecto siendo Turning ciudad nezahualcoyotl into real city y los mexicanos Edgar Rodr\u00edguez Lozano, Diana
