normatividad<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La C\u00e1mara Nacional de la Industria de Desarrollo y Promoci\u00f3n de Vivienda (Canadevi) delegaci\u00f3n San Luis Potos\u00ed, plante\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n de una Procuradur\u00eda en Desarrollo Urbano con el fin de \u201cmeter en cintura a todos los invasores y gente que obra de mala fe en la venta de este tipo de terrenos\u201d, dicha procuradur\u00eda ser\u00eda similar a la que opera en Jalisco, as\u00ed lo expres\u00f3, Ignacio G\u00f3mez Mart\u00ednez, vocero de la c\u00e1mara.<\/p>\n<p>En San Luis Potos\u00ed existe un problema jur\u00eddico muy grave con la Tenencia de la Tierra, pues pr\u00e1cticamente todos los desarrolladores han enfrentado situaciones por doble escrituraci\u00f3n o problemas con personas que tienen contratos privados no registrados.<\/p>\n<p>El estado necesita que se resuelva la tenencia de la tierra lo que permitir\u00e1 dar seguridad a los inversionistas, pues es uno de los factores por los cuales los desarrolladores prefieren invertir en otros estados donde si les ofrecen garant\u00eda sobre las inversiones, afirm\u00f3 el vocero de Canadevi.<\/p>\n<p>La propuesta se dirigi\u00f3 al pr\u00f3ximo gobernador, Juan Manuel Carreras L\u00f3pez y se espera que con los nuevos legisladores se comience a desarrollar.<\/p>\n<p>Se insistir\u00e1 en la creaci\u00f3n de la Procuradur\u00eda que permitir\u00e1 fomentar las reservas territoriales con servicios para infraestructura para ponerla en favor de los desarrolladores de vivienda para los trabajadores que menos
