{"id":22991,"date":"2015-09-02T11:34:03","date_gmt":"2015-09-02T16:34:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=22991"},"modified":"2015-09-02T11:34:03","modified_gmt":"2015-09-02T16:34:03","slug":"construyen-infraestructura-para-mercado-de-follaje","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/construccion\/construyen-infraestructura-para-mercado-de-follaje\/","title":{"rendered":"Construyen infraestructura para Mercado de Follaje"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Facilitar\u00e1 la comercializaci\u00f3n en la Central de Abasto de la CDMX<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Con el objetivo de facilitar la exhibici\u00f3n y comercializaci\u00f3n de productos, construyen nuevo Mercado de Follaje, ubicado al poniente del Sector de Flores y Hortalizas de la Central de Abasto de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico (CEDA CDMX), que beneficiar\u00e1 a 248 productores y 1,300 familias tanto de la capital, como de los estados de Guerrero, M\u00e9xico, Morelos, Puebla y Veracruz, que comercializan en esta zona.<\/p>\n<p>La construcci\u00f3n de esta nave cuenta\u00a0con una inversi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 32,000,000 de pesos y tuvo aportaciones de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico (Sedeco), la CEDA CDMX y la Secretar\u00eda de Econom\u00eda. Adem\u00e1s, desde mayo de 2014, cada permisionario inicio la actualizaci\u00f3n documental de cada uno de los espacios comerciales; al obtener su c\u00e9dula, legitiman el uso de las instalaciones, conservan sus derechos y no sufren afectaci\u00f3n alguna.<\/p>\n<p>El pasado 9 de febrero se firm\u00f3 un convenio con los representantes de organizaciones y permisionarios para dejar temporalmente el \u00e1rea libre y permitir la construcci\u00f3n. Asimismo, con su participaci\u00f3n, se determin\u00f3 mejor la infraestructura de los locales comerciales.<\/p>\n<p>A lo largo del and\u00e9n de follaje habr\u00e1 espacios fusionados, que permitir\u00e1n un \u00e1rea m\u00e1s grande de exhibici\u00f3n. Los locales ser\u00e1n seguros, c\u00f3modos y cada uno contar\u00e1 con espacios iluminados, ventilados naturalmente para el cuidado de plantas, flores y follaje, tambi\u00e9n habr\u00e1 contenedores para desechos distribuidos a lo largo del mercado.<\/p>\n<p>Desde hace 20 a\u00f1os no se constru\u00eda infraestructura nueva en el Sector Flores y Hortalizas de la CEDA CDMX, por lo que la comercializaci\u00f3n de productos se hace en locales improvisados y a nivel banqueta. Este proyecto mejorar\u00e1 la imagen del mercado, se recuperar\u00e1n \u00e1reas verdes y har\u00e1 m\u00e1s eficiente la vialidad de Abarrotes al adecuar una bah\u00eda para carga y descarga de
