{"id":22054,"date":"2015-08-07T12:21:36","date_gmt":"2015-08-07T17:21:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=22054"},"modified":"2015-08-07T12:40:43","modified_gmt":"2015-08-07T17:40:43","slug":"reporta-cnbv-alza-en-cartera-de-vivienda-media-y-residencial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/reporta-cnbv-alza-en-cartera-de-vivienda-media-y-residencial\/","title":{"rendered":"Reporta CNBV baja en \u00edndice de morosidad en vivienda media"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Representa 86.1% de la misma 508 miles de millones de pesos (mmdp) en tanto que la vivienda de inter\u00e9s social representa 13.9% de la cartera vencida<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En su reciente reporte del mes de junio, la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional Bancaria y de Valores, dio a conocer, con datos de 45 instituciones bancarias en operaci\u00f3n, que los activos t0tales del sector presentaron un incremento anual de 5.7%, ubic\u00e1ndose en 7,336 miles de millones de pesos (mmdp).<\/p>\n<p>En tanto que la cartera total de cr\u00e9dito creci\u00f3 12.8% en relaci\u00f3n con junio de 2014 y alcanz\u00f3 un saldo de 3,510 miles de millones de pesos (mmdp). El cr\u00e9dito destinado a la vivienda medida residencial alcanz\u00f3 un IMOR de 3.72%, mientras que el segmento de vivienda de inter\u00e9s social registr\u00f3 un IMOR de 3.09%. Este \u00edndice se ubic\u00f3 en 104.82% para el segmento comercial, en 189.59% para el de consumo y 46.48% para el de vivienda.
