{"id":21807,"date":"2015-07-31T11:45:45","date_gmt":"2015-07-31T16:45:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=21807"},"modified":"2015-07-31T11:45:45","modified_gmt":"2015-07-31T16:45:45","slug":"avanzan-modificaciones-a-la-ley-de-desarrollo-urbano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/urbanismo\/avanzan-modificaciones-a-la-ley-de-desarrollo-urbano\/","title":{"rendered":"Avanzan modificaciones a la Ley de Desarrollo Urbano"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Con ayuda ciudadana se generar\u00e1 un Programa General de Desarrollo Urbano<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Tras la instalaci\u00f3n de mesas de trabajo con vecinos que han manifestado sus puntos de vista sobre el art\u00edculo 41 de la Ley de Desarrollo Urbano, el Consejero Jur\u00eddico y de Servicios Legales (Cejur), Manuel Granados Covarrubias, mencion\u00f3 que se ha dado el primer paso para generar un Programa General de Desarrollo Urbano con perspectiva ciudadana.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTenemos realidades que no podemos dejar de observar, por ejemplo, la Ley de Desarrollo Urbano tiene m\u00e1s de 40 a\u00f1os, son esquemas que hay que revisar; el Programa General de Desarrollo Urbano tambi\u00e9n debe generar condiciones distintas, adecuarlas a la realidad de nuestra capital y al tema de desarrollo ordenado con gran visi\u00f3n ambiental\u201d refiri\u00f3 Granados Covarrubias.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que las reuniones con integrantes de organizaciones de la sociedad civil continuaran conforme a lo que se tiene programado porque es fundamental escuchar y valorar todas las inquietudes en torno al tema referido. Destac\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n la participaci\u00f3n de los vecinos en la toma de decisiones en materia de desarrollo urbano.<\/p>\n<p>Al referirse a la eventual derogaci\u00f3n del art\u00edculo 41 de la Ley de Desarrollo Urbano, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que \u00e9sta se analiza para identificar las consecuencias jur\u00eddicas de una abrogaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como para determinar el papel que tendr\u00edan las autoridades que intervendr\u00edan en este proceso.<\/p>\n<p>Lo anterior, fue dicho en una entrevista con representantes de medios de comunicaci\u00f3n al finalizar la Presentaci\u00f3n de la Medalla Conmemorativa Equidad de G\u00e9nero, que acu\u00f1\u00f3 la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de M\u00e9xico (UNAM) para reconocer a mujeres que en foros internacionales y nacionales han pugnado por
