{"id":21747,"date":"2015-07-30T10:00:19","date_gmt":"2015-07-30T15:00:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/centrourbano.com\/?p=21747"},"modified":"2015-07-30T12:18:38","modified_gmt":"2015-07-30T17:18:38","slug":"crece-14-credito-hipotecario-santander","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centrourbano.com\/revista\/vivienda\/crece-14-credito-hipotecario-santander\/","title":{"rendered":"Crece 14% cr\u00e9dito hipotecario Santander"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>El aumento lo coloca como el originador bancario de hipotecas m\u00e1s grande de M\u00e9xico<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Grupo financiero Santander anunci\u00f3 sus resultados correspondientes al segundo trimestre y primeros seis meses del a\u00f1o mediante un comunicado emitido por la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores, en el que destace el crecimiento en su cr\u00e9dito hipotecario, lo que lo coloca como el originador bancario de hipotecas m\u00e1s grande de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>Los pr\u00e9stamos hipotecarios aumentaron 14% interanual, por arriba del sistema, a lo que el presidente ejecutivo y director general de Grupo Financiero Santander, el ingeniero Marcos Mart\u00ednez, coment\u00f3 que este y otros aumentos en los dem\u00e1s productos crediticios de Santander se deben al enfoque en el servicio al cliente y la activa oferta de productos.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, los cr\u00e9ditos al consumo, excluyendo las tarjetas de cr\u00e9dito, subieron un 31 % interanual y 14% en forma secuencial; los pr\u00e9stamos para peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas (PyMES) registraron un crecimiento e 24% interanual, tambi\u00e9n superando al mercado; mientras que el costo de riesgo aument\u00f3 28 puntos base llegando a 3.41% en el segundo trimestre del a\u00f1o;
